And, finally this will be achieved through the following aims that is at the heart of our School.

Three Year Aims (academic years: 2023-2026):

1. All pupils are safe, have high levels of well-being, and enjoy their learning. They are driven, rather than compliant, learners.

2. All pupils make progress that is at least good and increasingly outstanding.

3. All pupils are well prepared for their next steps, through the knowledge gained and opportunities provided; this means they have genuine choices open to them in the future.

4. All pupils are happy and successful individuals, are able to make positive contributions with their lives, and be good and responsible citizens, now and in the future.
